Lumiqen S.A.S., Tax ID (CUIT) 30-71856942-4, with legal address at Av. Corrientes 1174, floor 6, Autonomous City of Buenos Aires (C1043AAY), Argentine Republic, is responsible for processing personal data collected through lumiqen.com.ar.
2. Data we collect
We collect the data you voluntarily provide by completing the subscription form (name and email address) and data generated by browsing (IP address, device type, pages visited). We do not collect sensitive data as defined in article 2 of Law 25,326.
3. Purpose of processing
We use your data to send you communications about real estate crowdlending projects, inform you about regulatory news in Argentina, measure site performance and comply with legal obligations before the CNV and UIF.
4. Legal basis
The processing is based on the free and informed consent you provide when submitting the form, and on compliance with legal obligations set forth in Argentine Personal Data Protection Law No. 25,326.
5. Data recipients
We share data only with technology providers (email delivery, web analytics) acting as processors under contract, and with public authorities when there is a formal request within the applicable regulatory framework.
6. Retention periods
We retain your data while your subscription is active and during the periods required by applicable regulations, after which the data is blocked and then securely deleted.
7. Your rights
You may exercise the rights of access, rectification, update, deletion and objection provided by Law 25,326 by writing to [email protected]. The Agency for Access to Public Information (AAIP) is the supervisory authority for personal data matters in Argentina.
8. International transfers
Some providers may host information in countries with adequate levels of protection. In all cases, we require standard contractual clauses that guarantee a level of protection equivalent to Argentine law.
9. Security measures
We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures (in-transit encryption, access control, audit logs) to preserve the integrity and confidentiality of the data.
10. Policy changes
We may update this policy to reflect regulatory or operational changes. The date of the latest review is always published at the top of the document.
